How do I request your product catalog?
All our products are on our website. Producing catalogs is expensive. We strive to keep our costs down and our products affordable.

Can I leave my Garden Stone outside?
Yes. Our Garden Stones are made from natural bluestone and are a compliment to any outside garden.

How do I know what size urn to purchase?
A good rule of thumb is one pound of body weight equals one cubic inch of cremains. Thus if your pet weighed 75 pounds under normal, healthy conditions, you would select an urn that held at least 75 cubic inches. All of our urns have sizes noted in the descriptions.

How do I put the cremains in the urn?
Our wooden urns are accessed from the bottom of the urn. When you receive the urn, the bottom panel will be attached by only two screws to allow for its easy removal. Remove the bottom panel and place your bag of cremains inside the urn. The bottom panel can screwed back into place using the additional screws enclosed in a small zip lock bag within the pet urn.

How do I put the photograph in the urn?
Our Remembrance Urn is accessed on the bottom of the urn. When you receive the urn, the bottom panel will be attached by only two screws to allow for its easy removal. Remove the bottom panel and remove the glass and wooden panel. Place your photograph between the glass and wooden panel and slide back into place. The bottom panel can screwed back into place using the additional screws enclosed in a small zip lock bag within the pet urn.

Do I need to use this website to place my order?
We gladly accept orders for our products urns by phone or mail. If you would like to order by phone, just call us toll free at 1-877-84 4-PAWS and we will be happy to assist you. Our location hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.

What are my payment options?
We accept the following methods of payment for our products:

When will my credit card be charged?
Whether you order online, by phone, or mail, your credit card is typically charged within forty-eight hours of your order. Orders are subject to credit card verification and acceptance before shipping.

How much is shipping?
Shipping and packaging is calculated during checkout and is based on your location and the total amount of your order. Orders are usually shipped via FedEx Ground, but we may also use USPS or UPS depending on the best available service to a specific address. How long will it take to receive my Garden Stone or Wooden Urn, once the order is placed?
The time it takes to receive your 4 Paws Forever product depends on the amount of customization. Our Garden Stones usually take approximately 2 weeks to receive from the time the order was placed. Our Wooden Urns are usually shipped within 48 hours after an order is placed. If you are adding a Brass Name Plate or Custom Liner then please add an additional 2 to 4 days before the Wooden Urn is shipped. If you have an email address, then you will receive notification and a tracking/confirmation number via email when item is shipped.
