I collected Tiber’s ring today! WOW! You and your team have done a fantastic job and I am thrilled to bits. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!

I should let you know however, I had to pay a £15 customs charge bill at the post office to collect my ring – you may want to consider mentioning this on your website checkout for UK customers as it took me by surprise when the post office could not deliver until I paid the excess! Anyhoo that aside I am soooo happy with the quality of your work!

Here are photos of Tiber meeting the seaside for the first time (you can’t have too many photos of this little fella), and showing off for tummy tickles. He really is making good progress, he loves to travel in the car and now also travels on London buses with me without stressing. All the people I meet ask about him as he is such an unusual looking puppy and is all ears & eyes taking everything on board and processing information of London living!
