These were our 2nd and 3rd custom paw print charms ordered from 4 Paws Forever and once again, we had an amazing experience. Karen was right on top of things responding immediately to our order placement and she and her team of artists had renderings of our prints super fast...I couldn't believe how quickly they got them done and the work was quality as always. From order date to delivery date, process took just a bit over 2 weeks which again, is amazing in my book for the quality of craftsmanship involved. We couldn't be happier with the final product. Besides just the quality of the product, the thing that impresses us so much with 4 Paws Forever and Karen in particular are the personal touches. You can tell immediately that Karen is a real pet lover and she really takes the time to ask questions about your pets, and in the cases where you might be ordering something to memorialize, she's very empathetic to your loss and shows genuine care for you and your family. Cannot recommend 4 Paws Forever enough and I can certainly state that as long as we are pet parents and lovers, we'll be back to partake in their amazing service and products in the future.
