I just wanted to thank you again for your patience during the process of creating Massimo's pendent. I would also like to thank your engraver. He/She did a wonderful job. At first, I was disappointed in the "O" because it looked scrunched and was hard to read, but I'm the type of person who likes the imperfections in anything and it has grown on me. Also, I have received so many compliments on the pendant and that's before I even tell the story of how it came to be. People just like the look of it and then when I tell them it's a keepsake pendant for Massimo, they go crazy.

Thank you for the work that you do. I'm truly grateful that you and your company exist, helping grieving mothers.
