This is the first time I ever wrote to a company. Our dear Lucy Lou of 15 years crossed the rainbow bridge on Valentine’s Day. We were so devastated especially my wife. Our son found your website and without us knowing found Lucy’s paw print and made a pendant from her actual paw print. It arrived yesterday and I can’t tell you how much it meant to my wife and me too. The packaging was superb and when she finally opened the box, tears came like Niagara Falls so much so it made me cry too. Tears soon turned into smiles and we are both grateful to have such a memory to cherish forever. I just wanted you to know.
