I ordered this bead with the bracelet as a thank you gift for a dear friend of mine. She helped look after my precious pup, who was critically ill and in the ICU at our local Veterinary School for several weeks, when my fiancé & I couldn't be there due to work. They formed a special bond and I thought this would be a wonderful token of their time together. I plan to eventually have more beads made, with the names of her own special pups, that she can gradually add to the bracelet as well. 4 Paws Forever was the first place I thought of when thinking of a gift idea, as Karen and her staff have made some beautiful pieces for me in the past that I will treasure forever.
