Our Original Series wooden urns are individually handcrafted out of the finest woods and natural materials. We carefully construct each Original Series Urn as if it were for our own family. We believe that you will not find a better made urn product in the country and we back it with our 101 year warranty from defects. Yes! We will guarantee your Original Series urn will be free from manufacturing defects for 101 years. All you need to do is follow the enclosed instructions for the cleaning and care of your urn and we will honor our guarantee. (see Disclaimer – Plain English) Since our urns are constructed from natural materials there maybe an unforeseen defect. If so, please return the product with the original sales receipt and we will gladly replace. If the product has been discontinued, we will build a new one to the exact specifications as the original product. It’s our promise to you.

Our Original Series wooden urns are built like a fine piece of furniture and need to be cared for as such. They are not footballs, soccer balls or basketballs. If we feel that the product was not cared for in accordance with the instructions, or if the defect was caused by an accident or other traumatic event, we reserve the right not to honor the warrantee.
