I just wanted to write back to you to thank you with all my
heart for the things you made for me! I can honestly say that I was beyond happy
- although of course I chose you because I liked what I saw on the website, once
I received my order all the items far exceeded my expectations. They are truly
beautiful and works of art and I know I will treasure them forever. It was very
emotional to unpack and see the memorial items, but I could not be more happy
with how they turned out. They are all just perfect. And I truly appreciate the
care you took in preparing my order, all the way down to the packaging - I have
never in my life received anything so beautifully packaged and wrapped, and it
actually meant very much to me to see all the effort that you had put into the
details, it felt like you cared and understood how important these items and

I received the order yesterday and Agnes Daisy's ashes too. Our friend lost Agnes a week ago so I am hoping this pendant will help her during this difficult time. As always you do excellent work and I am very pleased to have received it so quickly.
I received the bracelet today and it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much. I received the box last week and it is also beautiful. I have it loaded with her treasures. Your items are fantastic quality, and you were very caring during the ordering process and I especially appreciate you modifying the bracelet to 7". From unwrapping the boxes that were wrapped up like special gifts, the whole experience was very special and it has really helped me to deal with the loss of my best friend.

I want u to know that u helped make a sad occasion something special and memorable. By your own experience you know what this is like and u turned it into something special. The special touch of the hand written cards were also something meaningful. Now a days everyone is use to "computer generated" things and when someone takes the time to hand write a card gives it a special touch. The wind chimes was the perfect gift for a dear friend and her husband who recently lost their eight (8) year old chocolate lab (Bar-Sue) unexepectedly - This couple is childess and this was a very dramatic hit- I wanted something very, very special to remind them in the years to come that Bar-Sue was always with them in spirit - again... my friend was very receptive and appreciative of such a unique idea and gift. 4PawsForever has come up with a calming, respectful way to honor the loss of a pet. I have used them on two occasions and have heard glowing reviews from the recipients of the product. They make a beautiful relaxing sound that puts a smile on your face in remembrance of your pet. Their customer service gets my thumbs up as well. I received a call regarding the number of words and a concern that the font would be too small to read. I appreciated that they took the time to contact me regarding this issue and were courteous and kind throughout the process. As we know the loss of a pet is a difficult thing to go through and knowing they care means a lot. I can't say enough about this company and truly recommend them for anyone who has lost a pet or knows someone who has.
