4 Paws Photo Frame - Natural Wood with Yarn Balls  

This was an INCREDIBLE first buy experience from this amazing company! When I wasn't sure about a few technical things, the owner was extremely prompt with her knowledgeable responses, so nice and understanding with all my questions and concerns! She even apologized for being a day late with an email (which, of course, was no problem; after all, she has a life, too, haha)! The finished product was BEAUTIFUL, and when I surprised my best friend with it, she cried! She was SO overwhelmed and hugged me forever! Hahaha!
