For Jewelry, Un-Altered Keepsake Boxes and Urns, return the item in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of receipt and we will refund your entire purchase plus 10%.

For custom pieces such as Garden Stones, Markers and Lasering, if you are not happy then we are not done. We work for your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we will refund your entire purchase.
