At 4 Paws Forever, we try to minimize the shipping costs to our customers. For our available shipping methods, please refer to the following:
United States - Domestic
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more, and ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $5.95 for most gift orders and all jewelry items. Items such as our Wind Chimes require more postage due to the increase in shipping weight, and are typically $19.95 with USPS.
Once your item has been shipped, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number to keep tabs on your items until arrival.
International
We ship worldwide using USPS Priority International Mail. Please contact us prior to finalizing your order, so we can notify you of any additional shipping costs.

Estimated Time from Order to When Shipped
Jewelry:
All our Paw Print jewelry is made-to-order. That means the next business day after you place your order, our artist prepares a mold of the piece in preparation for casting. The piece is then cast and polished to perfection for final review and shipment. The whole process takes 7 to 12 business days to before its ready to ship. For a Custom Paw design please add 3 to 4 days to the process.
Gifts:
Tree Cards – sent by the next business day. Tracking is now an available option.
Wood Cards – 1 to 2 business days to process and ship.
Photo Frames – 1 to 2 business days to process and ship.
Wind Chimes – 3 to 4 business days to process and ship.
Returns & Guarantee Policy
We are passionate about what we do and believe that you will feel similarly about your 4 Paws Forever custom jewelry piece or gift. However, if you do not share that same sentiment, we offer a generous no-hassle return policy.
For returns, even on a custom item, please email ksmith@4pawsforever.org to request a return. As long as the item is sent back within 30 days in its original packaging, we will refund the total purchase price.
