All our jewelry is individually made-to-order. When you place an order, the next business day our artist prepares an exact mold of the jewelry piece in preparation for casting. The piece is then cast and polished to perfection for final review and shipment. The whole process takes 7 to 12 business days before it’s ready to ship. I am typing you through the tears, but just had to email you right away to let you know that I received Coconut’s paw print earrings today. They are amazing!!! And all the special packaging was so wonderful. It means so much to receive the beautiful paw prints of my baby… but to see them so tenderly wrapped in bag and paper and box with bow, really touched my heart. I also appreciate the planting of the tree in Coconut’s memory!!! And it truly gives my heart comfort knowing that my sweet shelter dog Coconut’s paw print earrings are helping another shelter dog.
